No round is running.

Land a qualifying multiplier on an eligible Hit Engine game, then submit the bet ID. One qualifying bet is one ticket. Bet size buys nothing — a minimum stake keeps a round from being farmed with dust, and above that floor a large bet and a small one are worth exactly the same.

There is also a free postal route with identical odds and no purchase of any kind. Free entries appear in the published entry list alongside bet entries, so the promise is auditable rather than asserted.

The prize is paid as a Stake tip to the account that placed the winning bet. That account is the identity proof: nobody can claim someone else's win, because the payment goes to the bet, not to whoever submitted it.

The winner is chosen by randomness that did not exist when the entry list was frozen. Both halves of that are published, and both are checkable without taking our word for anything.

• Before entries open, we publish the SHA-256 of a random seed somewhere we do not control. We cannot change the seed afterwards.
• When entries close and verification finishes, the full entry list is frozen, hashed and published — real usernames, real bet references.
• The draw uses a drand beacon whose publication time is fixed when the round is created, and which lands at least 30 minutes after the seal. We cannot know it in advance, and cannot change the list once it exists.

There is nothing to take on faith here, and you do not have to wait for a real round to see it: a demonstration round is published with a genuine drand beacon, and you can recompute it yourself right now.
